Creative Concept Development
Theme: "A Celebration of Black Excellence in Fashion across the Decades."
Planning: Began three months prior to the gala, ensuring ample time for content creation.
Content Production Strategy
Content Calendar: Created a schedule to release one video per week over five weeks on social media platforms.
Decade-Specific Videos: Produced individual videos for the 1980s, 1960s, 1970s, 1940s, and 2020s, each highlighting fashion trends of the era.
Engagement Tactics
Casting: Selected models who were FAMU alumni and influencers, enhancing relatability and organic sharing.
Fresh Content: Released a unique video each week to maintain viewer interest.
Filming Efficiencies
One-Day Production: Scheduled all model shoots in one day, optimizing the budget.
Dynamic Filming Techniques: Utilized 250 LED tiles for a dynamic backdrop, custom graphics for each decade, and diverse camera angles (extreme close-ups, master-wide shots on a dolly, and gimbal-mounted cameras) to capture movement and detail.

Impressions: We delivered 5 separate campaign videos that Friends of FAM were able to drip out across their content calendar for 25 days leading up to the event. The campaign achieved XXX impressions, significantly raising event awareness.
Sold-Out Event: The gala tickets sold out, indicating the campaign's effectiveness in driving sales.
